Getting ready for John's retirement party

We had the whittle quite a bit on the list. Earlier the list was 270 invitations. We now have it down to 154. If there are many multiples that attend on each invitation, it could be a monster that I didn't mean to create. John's kids and grandkids will all be here, even their mother, John's first wife will be there. All of Hugh Haynes family ( the friend that recently died) are coming and with them and Johns kids and grandkids, that makes 26 souls right there. The next door neighbors will be 9. am hoping that we won't have lot's of multiples like that so it isn't too big to enjoy. My brothers and part of their flock will attend, some extended family that must be asked.
